Why don't people link to the results of your their work instead? "5 times in hall of fame x" doesn't mean anything.

the minimal amount of work required to report a bug to a vendor is to send them something they understand

Would you put hall of fame entries into your CV? What would you get hired "5 times hall of fame" or "5 blog posts on interesting bugs"?
