if you can MITM between cloudflare and google's next entry point, why not just MITM some CA and get your own cert?
Was looking into that as well. Initially contradicting info on site whether paid v. free. Looks like some of it is free. Setting up!
I thought of doing that myself with a proxy, but decided putting a fake https when it isn't is worse than no https.
