This has nothing to do with the Constitution other than there was a section of an act established to protect First Amendment rights from the federal government. Read Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.https://www.eff.org/issues/cda230

That law protects YT's right to delete accounts and videos and doesn't support the tweet below at all.https://twitter.com/sweats_actual/status/1139892090547122176 …

Sweats @sweats_actualReplying to @teg_jamshed @RedBloodedGuy and 2 othersNothing says they can't, but once you start picking and choosing which content to allow you cease to be a platform and begin to be a publisher. Right now many social media sites argue they are platforms, not publishers, and are exempt from certain regulations. 1/22 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

Indeed, YT & Twitter can delete content ban accounts as they deem fit, they are not required to provide services to anyone they wish not to be associated with. thats the bottom line These screams need to stop, "conservatives" can start their own 'no rules' tumptube & trumptter

Clearly you do not understand the provisions or statutes of the law, son. If they are going to curate content willy nilly they can be open to lawsuits like a publisher. It’s not a matter of whether they can or cannot delete content.

Just because they have gotten away with it this long does not set a precedent that grants them this authority.

Self-paralyzing? I suppose you haven’t been keeping up with the list of conveniently banned conservative personalities. But sure, as long as it’s on the opposing political side then you’re reveling in delight like a pig in shit. The black and brown shirts would be proud.

You blame us ? tech companies are fruits of young educated people most of them foreigners and liberal, they can't see their ingenious devices be a tool for the very ideas against their living and ideals, at the benefit of dumb uneducated xenophobic bigoted rednecks.

Are you running one of these companies? No? Then no, I’m just accusing you of applauding it like some fanboy from the sidelines.

Tech companies are tho at a fault, they made these uneducated nobodies into monsters of digital age, in any other era they will have difficulty finding jobs at car washes but were allowed to get Indian guru type following and financial perks for one quality spreading VITRIOL

Guessing you don't actually watch, only take what other people tell you at face value. Agree with them or not, many of the people being targeted for "unpopular" thought are far from uneducated.
