    source just sent me internal email from Twitter Trust & Safety head Del Harvey clarifying company policy on Alex Jones to staff. Says among other things that many of his worst remarks occurred before Twitter’s new harassment policies in place. If he does it now wld be penalized

    When I was doing my internship,a lady died on the operating table because her husband couldn't make up his mind about having her ruptured uterus removed cos she's had only female kids.that was his concern.male child.the lady bled out and died

    Before you blame hospitals and physicians please research the laws that govern consent. We should all make sure our advance directives and living will are complete and on file along with things like birthing plans before any planned procedure. Keep a PDF version on your device

    We'd a case of a man refusing to let us remove his wife's uterus(either hd severe fibroids or cancer) bcoz he believed sex with the wife(40yrs) won't b enjoyable after. We tried explaining the vagina wil be intact but nope.i wonder if she's still alive.
