    We’ve been working with to provide renters support despite the end of the federal eviction ban – especially in light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision yesterday to overturn the federal eviction moratorium.

    I want to thank the police officers involved in assisting federal agents today as well as the dedicated and hard-working police officers who are often put in very dangerous situations to try to keep the peace in our community.

    While supporting DEA agents today, a dangerous situation unfolded. Unfortunately, a life was lost and an officer was shot. Fortunately the officer suffered minor injuries and has been released from the hospital.
