Well... in his defense... when was the last time Portland found themselves in the middle of a riot where storefronts were destroyed and fires were set? Well... apart from the last 300 times they pulled this crap, that is...
ENOUGH.
I had to leave Portland today because my mother is dying. I am with family to prepare for her final moments. This is hard, this is personal, but so is watching my city get destroyed.

They are doing their jobs! The police are on the street right now spraying protestors with tear gas and pushing them away from the justice center that was just set on fire. Where do you get the idea they are being prevented from doing their jobs???
