    If you are unvaccinated, please talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of vaccines. If you don’t have a doctor, read what AMA said. You cannot see the virus with your naked eyes and you do not know how it will interact with your body. Don’t act like you do. Be humble.

    If prosecutors can’t even meet the ultra low standard of whether “any rational trier of fact could have found the essential elements of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt,” then it suggests racial profiling likely occurred in bringing this case against Anming Hu.

    Anming Hu, the former UTK professor accused of being a Chinese spy, has been acquitted on all charges. It was the first case to go to trial under the DOJ’s Trump-era policy known as the China Initiative. Read some background here:

    Dear : You should apologize to Professor Anming Hu. You should stop discriminating against Asians. You should investigate your prosecutors for engaging in what looks like racial profiling. If Hu’s last name was Smith, you would not have brought this case.

    One reason Republicans lost the House in 2018 is because they raised taxes on millions of middle class families through their SALT cap provision. Democrats should reverse the tax increase on many middle class families by eliminating this Republican tax hike.

    More than 50% of families in took the SALT deduction before it was capped in 2017. Let's keep our promises to them & families across the country who have been unfairly doubled taxed since then. This is our chance to finally repeal the SALT cap.

    Would be interesting to find out if the issue of “radical Republicans want to pay neighbors and strangers to sue any woman who gets an abortion for rape or incest” was a factor in the flip of the seat from red to blue.

    Now that we flipped a state house seat in a Trump/Biden district in NH, I expect a flurry of takes from NYT, WaPo, Politico on how voters there still support Biden. I look forward to coffee shop interviews of Dem voters and analysis of how this is a referendum on .

    Thank you for your service and your nephew’s service. As both of you know, when he signed up for our military, he agreed to follow all lawful orders. That includes getting the flu and COVID vaccines. If he has trouble following orders, he may want to pursue another profession.

    My nephew, active duty Air Force, just got word they have to be FULLY vaccinated by November 2nd and there will be NO EXEMPTIONS! Any suggestions on what he can do besides getting dishonorably discharged, which will affect him the rest of his life??

    The laws of chemistry and biology are the same whether you live in a red state or a blue state. The virus doesn’t care who you voted for president. But it does care if you are vaccinated. Talk to your doctor about vaccines. If you don’t have a doctor, read what the AMA has said.

    I just voted NO on the CA recall. ⁦⁩ has done a great job taking California to the number 1 state economy in the US. Also, unlike Larry Elder, Gov Newsom does not support a law that pays neighbors to spy on and sue people seeking an abortion for rape or incest.
