Because he knows he is speaking to people who will believe anything he says. Fact checking is a waste of time. He stopped trying to appeal to normal people a long time ago. He is only tweeting to the choir

He doesn’t know what a law is. He signs things & thinks he’s signing laws. He has no understanding of the Constitution, the legislative process, or pretty much anything of substance. I mean he watches Fox News for his information. He might as well be watching The Simpsons.
