    Our firefighters are well taken care of, but many displaced residents are in need. Visit for resources to help & volunteer. Also note that during times of crisis, CAL FIRE will never solicit donations from the public.

    For those that naively ask why didn’t the Republicans get approval to build the Wall over the last year, it is because IN THE SENATE WE NEED 10 DEMOCRAT VOTES, and they will gives us “NONE” for Border Security! Now we have to do it the hard way, with a Shutdown. Too bad!

    Is this when became our President? Even folks would concede that is not a doctor. He's just making stuff up again. In January the House of Representatives will hold hearings with witnesses under oath and find out what happened.

    Any deaths of children or others at the Border are strictly the fault of the Democrats and their pathetic immigration policies that allow people to make the long trek thinking they can enter our country illegally. They can’t. If we had a Wall, they wouldn’t even try! The two.....

    Dear : Pleased you are now saying "border security" instead of your vanity wall. You can lead by ending the now. Or you can sit alone in the White House like a petulant child until Jan 3, at which point House Dems will pass a bill to reopen govt.

    I am in the White House waiting for the Democrats to come on over and make a deal on Border Security. From what I hear, they are spending so much time on Presidential Harassment that they have little time left for things like stopping crime and our military!

    Govt workers are working w/o pay. The President argues the shutdown is about pursuing security w/a wall. Meanwhile the people tasked w/ protecting our borders, keeping us safe in the air, & investigating terrorism are working w/o pay. The shutdown is bad for our econ & security.

    Note to : 54,000 Border patrol & customs agents 53,000 TSA agents 42,000 Coast Guard employees 13,500 FBI agents 4,400 DEA agents are working without pay (or not getting paid) not as Dems or Republicans, but as Americans.

    Dear McCarthy (R-CA): I will leave it up to you to tell California businesses that the leader of the Republican party----wants to shut down all trade along California's southern border.

    We will be forced to close the Southern Border entirely if the Obstructionist Democrats do not give us the money to finish the Wall & also change the ridiculous immigration laws that our Country is saddled with. Hard to believe there was a Congress & President who would approve!

    Why does keep changing his mind? First it's a wall from sea to shining sea, then $5b for a wall in some places, then $2.1b for a fence, then either a wall or close the Southern Border? Because he doesn't have public sentiment behind him or the votes.

    .....close the Southern Border. Bring our car industry back into the United States where it belongs. Go back to pre-NAFTA, before so many of our companies and jobs were so foolishly sent to Mexico. Either we build (finish) the Wall or we close the Border......

    Why did the GOP controlled Senate adjourn until Dec 31? Because said: "I am proud to shut down the government … I will take the mantle. I will be the one to shut it down.” On Jan 3, House Democrats will pass legislation to reopen government.

    Why did so many associates and family members all lie about ONE THING: communications and meetings with Russians?

    If true, this will be deeply damaging to Trump. The immediate pushback on the Steele Dossier from Trump’s camp was Cohen saying the whole thing was ridiculous & he’d never been to Prague. He even trotted out his passport. No reason to lie if the truth was innocuous.

    GOP & used Michael Cohen's denials that he was never in Prague to cast aspersions on the damning Steele Dossier, which stated Cohen was in Prague meeting with Russians in 2016. Why are folks leaking this info? Maybe because the Steele Dossier has lots of truth.

    Note to : Had you served in the military you would know that each month we get a Leave and Earnings (LES) statement that shows our pay. So many military members know you are lying about their paycheck, but they are respectful so they don't say that to your face.
