Because Obama gave the reef to China. It’s there in State Dept records. Our ship confronted Chinese ship; a character in State said to both: Stand down. We and China did. Withdraw? We did. China did not. Obama left China in place which is place was our reef.

Thanks. For the life of me I couldn't understand why he would raise the issue of calling Obama a son-of-a-bitch. Or why he's even talking unless he's walking China's dog.

I'll withhold judgment until I hear Obama's side. As I hear the tale, there was, let's call it confusion, or mischief, on the Filipino side. But there are so many sides, I'm disinclined to believe anyone has the whole story or would piece it together fully. Vested interests rule.
