, you said you want to stop other countries' "impunity" in rejecting our diplomatic passports. Why is it DFA's first reaction to withdraw courtesy diplomatic passports from Filipinos, and not to criticize the countries committing "impunity"?

It was properly issued to him. He was singled out for its rejection. I would never single him out by taking only his courtesy blue passport back. I seek to prevent rejections of our diplomatic passports with impunity; courtesy does not confer Geneva rights. twitter.com/lyndajumilla/s…

Because I am very well educated in law. To single out Del Rosario's diplomatic passport properly issued to him but used by him to make a political statement would be impolite and unequal. So I can canceling out courtesy diplomatic passports to the same category of person—ex's.

We all know he was denied entry bec of the case he filed against xijinping. China spokesman says it well. Nowhere in the vienna convention entitled even a person w diplomatic passport a carte blanche entry to any country.

canceling the diplomatic passport of Ex. Sec Del Rosario. He used it as a political tool. Mr. Del Rosario is no longer a DFA Sec. yet, He uses the diplomatic passport for what reason Politics of course.

The issue here is whether china broke protocol by rejecting a holder of a valid diplomatic passport by refusing entry. I don't see how using a blue passport is a political statement. If he was allowed through this would have been a none issue.
