Hey, if you limit open free speech, except for exceptions listed, than 230 will not shield you ... So, don't limit free speech with fake fact checks, etc. Simple.

Who limited any free speech? He tweeted, they provided a response with additional information for people to consider. A street corner preacher has free speech too, but anyone can offer a response, they're not limiting free speech.
