Ted Cruz knows that Roe v. Wade describes a person as being a fetus being viable on it's own: vast, vast majority of abortions happen BEFORE this established precedent.
That number has been falling frantically as modern medicine continues to improve. At some point in the not to distant future all fetuses will be viable outside the womb. This will need to be addressed. The question is a moral one and scientific one.When does a fetus become human?

A fetus, @tedcruz, gets it's nourishment via the umbilical cord, it's not separate, it's literally feeding off of the person it's connected to.
You can’t possibly say children’s lives are precious but then shrug while they are locked in cages....or shrug when you cut food stamps...or shrug when you cut health care....it’s super disingenuous.
