We need address overcrowding in schools as well. Children in classes of 25+ is unacceptable and facilities are maxed out in many cities.

When I went to 2nd grade in CA my class size was 22... nowadays the same school averages 35 kids a class and has an entire baseball field full of portable classrooms to keep up with demand. Overcrowding is crazy
