What we SHOULD do is repeal the 17th amendment. At least that way a state can recall a senator who isn't doing his job or is misrepresenting his or her state.

Except if he was serious he wouldn’t have run for his current term. Actions speak louder than words.

Definitely not a fan of his, but his proposal is to limit senators to 2 terms. He just started his 2nd term (2 too many for this Texan). We’ll see if he is genuine if he declines to run again. I don’t have much hope though.
