Thats not how economics works. I bet you think the Foxconn Wisconsin deal was worth the $4 billion dollars. Taxpayers were paying Foxconn 230k per new job created (thats the lowest est). Not to mention they would be subsidizing (aka corp welfare) 17% of Foxconns wages.
