Should Beto be held accountable for American meddling in Israeli elections? Where is that line between giving an opinion and manipulation of a foreign electorate?

Just to be clear, I don't think he should, but the question is a valid one to ask for the simple reason that opinions should be free to be expressed, even if the opinion is crap like Beto's above statement.
