This is a non sequitur. Several of his tweets refer directly to his having had sex with children. Yes, his speech is protected, but any criminal actions are not. If he’s telling the truth — if he has in fact molested young children — then he should be prosecuted. Now.

Except that we have zero evidence to think that any of this actually happened. These are awful, tasteless jokes, but we can't call for prosecution based on tweets. It is absolutely insane to jump on the outrage machine and call for prosecution with absolutely nothing to go on.
