How can you tell if the guy with the gun is a ’good’ or ‘bad’ guy before he starts shooting?

His gun slipped from his holster, how does that even happen? The cop felt threatened. At least he had a gun on him, not unarmed.

Doesn’t matter how it happened. He was a law abiding gun owner who was killedby police for exerting his
