Demand drives supply, not the other way around. If demand is high for workers that is always a GOOD thing for WORKERS. Businesses will grow and people will move to work. We will test on this next Friday.
This IS great news, but there is always a down side. Several economic leaders in Cedar Rapids area tell me the unemployment is too low, hurting growth because prospective employers don't want to come to a place without an available workforce.
