Will voter suppression and vote tampering once again subvert the outcome of elections? It's not enough to get new voters if the system can be manipulated to an outcome desired by power?

Note how many *close* races in the most recent elections. It gives the appearance that the outcome was fair and the loser just didn't quite get over the top to win. Voting machines contain remote access software. Why would that be? Demand hand counted, paper ballots.
