    Trust is integral in any relationship. PHI too complex and difficult to interpret. Any wonder people are thinking of or actually dropping cover. Private hospital system plays an enormous role in ensuring & in public system.

    Tele Editorial accurately opines on the real issues. An inadequate schedule indexed below CPI more often than not over 35yrs, a for many of those years, PHIs putting before patients, and egregious fee setting by a very small minority of doctors

    Absolutely agree with that egregious fees charged by a small minority of specialists, and total failure of MBS schedule to keep pace with costs of providing care, have put many patients in a difficult position.
