Before I start this project, I need to make sure it doesn't exist already. Tool which effectively performs "LTO" of source code. Given a specific function, find all recursive structure and function dependencies, and output only the code for those. Maybe even into a flat file.

I initially thought about this but ruled it out as I thought the complete solution would be "easy". But, this is a rising solution I think. While I'm not sure it'd work on text files, as the state space is too large, I think with AST pruning it would actually work incredibly well

In my case, my minimum complexity for a program to minimize is probably 5-10k LoC (ideally up to 100k in <24 hours of minimization). I haven't thought much into how this would work with porting Windows code to Linux, but that's my primary goal. Rip out agnostic parsers.
