For me, the worst ever bugs appeared in ERPs. Like the SAP installer that used to open a socket while installing (listening in 0.0.0.0) that received operating system commands or user configurable printers that are actually operating system commands in Oracle Financials.

They're really bad and dumb for sure, but I was thinking more pants-on-head bananas like good av bugs
