So from my point of view the attack on jailbreak drama isn’t there. There are clear arguments why Apple is after Corellium in particular. Old maxim, don’t profit from shady or illegal stuff applies here ;-)
I am curious why they're suing Corellium, who seem like small potatoes compared to other people doing similar things (e.g. AFAIK FireEye sell an appliance that virtualizes OSX, and they have $3B market cap). IANAL, maybe there is a good reason.

Maybe because they want to set a precedent cheaply against someone that can't really afford to defend against it - then use that precedent against bigger (or more numerous) fish?
