Windows DFIR question: What tool can I use to view a file name that would reveal if any sneaky UTF-8 look alike characters are present? I need to scan many files and detect if any non ascii characters are being used.

Like all Windows problems, this is better solved with UNIX
If you can use WSL, I guess something like find /mnt/c -not -iregex '[ -~]*' would do what you want?
