I don't like them, but I'm told they're no longer violating any policies. They used to send everything over plaintext http, they weren't too happy about changing it, but we demanded that was fixed.

What policy would you say it's violating? They declare everything they do, and users install their crappy software willingly. I imagine pro-antivirus people argue this is not crappy software, and users benefit from this (you and I are likely on the same page).

Hmm, now that I read the most recent update, I don't know if they're compliant with the rule "Collection [..] of web browsing activity is prohibited except to the extent required for a user-facing feature", perhaps they will argue their price junk requires it. I'll ask the team.
