Maybe include the windbg symbol loading output after !sym noisy, or the time-stamp/size information for the PE file and GUID/age for the PDB file. This makes it easier for anyone to verify the problem even if they don't have 10.0.18362.387 installed

Sure, it's D85FCE08D56038E2C69B69F29E11B5EE1, current live pdb for that GUID on msdl for wntdll.pdb. There's no error, just missing types like ntdll!_PEB.
