Uh, did you mean to write "possible"? It's *impossible* before others share the samples they've seen, or what are you going to compare the code to?
Theres probably pros and cons to both. When its public people repackage, modify and reuse it. When its private you probably have a lot more confidence but less nodes on the graph to compare it to.
Well, I suppose it's always easy to be confident when nobody can check your work or verify your results.
