Yeah, they sent me a "for your eyes only" version . Dude... they're just doubling down. They offered me an exclusive for 8 am, and sent me the release at 6 am, and I was like....

I googled some of the strings in the output, it looks like a modified version of cado-nfs, e.g. the tasks.threads message comes from here
https://scm.gforge.inria.fr/anonscm/gitweb?p=cado-nfs/cado-nfs.git;a=blob;f=scripts/cadofactor/toplevel.py;hb=6b6df64249cf60eeace0f7611a266d972af74d56#l806 …3 replies 12 retweets 84 likes -

Thanks for being brave enough to ask because I was also wondering, but afraid of looking like an idiot...

A good thing to remember is that if you are afraid to ask a question, someone else in the room is wondering the same thing and also afraid to ask

I'm probably the patient from hell too because I get curious about everything and have tons of questions. So far my (overworked) docs have been remarkably tolerant.

If *I’m* understanding the funny correctly, Travis is saying that the output is from cado-nfs, which is a Number Field Sieve library, which implies they are just doing regular real math factorization. I.e. no new magic pseudo primes, just how you would always crack RSA.
