It is funny that women on the one hand announce that they hate it when they get invited to cons as quota woman. And then they call me sexist for calling out that practice

Of course you can encourage more people from one group to submit. And of course this might lead to more talks by that group. What I stated was when there is suddenly a very high count of women, which means 50% or more. I simply don't believe it is not due to bias towards them.

I think we agree there are explanations that don't require quotas, but saying you don't believe that happens reads like a huge insult (e.g. "you're only here because the bar was lowered"). You wouldn't say that to someone directly, but I think you missed the implication
