my experience is, that many sys admins use Linux and they often don’t add certs to internal services because setting up CAs is extra work ;)

Disproportionately likely to be a server and thereby pointed at an internal or localhost address? (dev, test, log/observability/visualization, Jupyter notebook, etc?)

Would spending a lot of time on sites that use self signed certificate count as HTTPS browsing time in these stats*? I imagine that's a lot more common for Linux users & might be skewing the results. * I actually can't decide if I think it should count as HTTPS time or not.
