You appear to be saying that, whilst trying to repro the (fairly harmless) kernel panic and (accidentally?), Natalie went one step further and bricked (as in wrecked) a load of devices. Is that right? Or did I misunderstand? I’m not sure why people are arguing with you over it.

Or is the kernel panic generally more harmful than I imagined?

A kernel panic isn't harmful, just disruptive. The problem is it can indicate a serious problem that could be used to take over the device, that's why this is a big deal. I don't know why people are focusing on the bricking anecdote, and not that someone can take over your phone.

So the guy properly identifying the event in comments in beginning was correct then? You said he was totally wrong and then kept saying that you know what you said and phones were bricked. Call a spade a spade or a click bait and you a tool

What are you talking about? Nothing I've said has contradicted the original tweet.
