    British mercenaries operating with tacit blessing of government worked in Oman, Nicaragua, Sri Lanka & elsewhere w/ Keenie Meenie Services. There is strong evidence they committed, enabled & were privy to war crimes - particularly in Sri Lanka. Some of these men are still alive.
