How a L2 pays fees to multiple preceeding layers with different token in practice. It's likely most L2s will be initially funded w/ Eth balances but how does the L2 pay fees to, say, a DA layer? Do they have to prefund w/ the second fee asset? Do they market buy as fees are paid?
