I agree. I don’t believe racism can be “trained” away. The one thing that protects Black people from racial discrimination is consequences with strict enforcement. Nobody is eager to be sued or to get in that unemployment line.

Firing Starbucks Manager Holly Hylton within within the 1st 24 hours would have provided all the training needed to illustrate a zero tolerance policy for racial profiling and would have been a better start over the crocodile tears tour and useless "racial sensitivity" training.
