I don’t understand the point of posting this video.. if there was a mistake in the system and the man was frustrated and hit a computer it makes no sense to post this other than for weak clout. The man was obviously having a rough time. I don’t get people man.

This is bullying. I see it often. People frustrated with the world going and taking out their frustrations on the service industry because they know these people have no choice but to take it. He was probably one of many that day. Pushes the poor guy past his breaking point.

I have personally been in touch with the employee. He has Borderline Personality Disorder coupled with Schizoaffective Disorders. The fact that this has gone viral has sent his life into a dangerous downward spiral. I have reassured him that he is loved.
