The App Store weirdness with refunds isn’t limited to educational purchases. I still see individual sales and refunds of Tweetbot iPhone 2.

@tapbot_paul Individual refunds are a part of doing business. Refunding en masse after a couple of years is a big financial hit. -
@chockenberry refunds after 1-2 years are BS regardless of if its educational or individual.

@tapbot_paul delayed sales is probably due to payment transactions completing late. Guess one reason is credit card limit hit or the like... -

@tapbot_paul dunno how that works, but can imagine that people get into debt and the payment is made once they paid it off. I saw 1.5 years.
