@ow the model is right for certain types of software but my gut says this isn’t one of them. Price feels high too.

@tapbot_paul@viticci the built in expansion for iOS and Mac OS is pretty good now, but we need an easy way to back it up before OS upgrades -
@brianstucki@tapbot_paul@viticci built-in text expansion is supposed to sync via iCloud. Sometimes it actually works, but it’s iCloud… -
@fichek It syncs pretty well for me. It just seems to get lost when OS upgrades come along so wanted an "out of the system" backup. -
@brianstucki yeah I noticed it usually goes away after updates, but not always. And sometimes it randomly comes back too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
