A lot of things happened this past week. Legislation was signed. Scores of criminal cases were filed. We expanded our fight against ghost gun manufacturers.

I heard from a survivor who experienced traumatic brain injury after a violent robbery in Oakland years ago. While speaking with us, she asked that no one stand behind her. It triggered PTSD. She needed care – physical and emotional. The system failed to meet her human needs.
