Amazing. Spatial transcriptomics at single cell resolution. Forget prehybridized low resolution slides, ZipSeq labels cells on the fly in real time

This is a really amazing tutorial! It took me a while to make the switch to ggplot2 because the specific style irritated me at first (what do you mean.. aes stands for "aesthetics"?). If I had this amazing tutorial I would have certainly struggled less!

How do cancers develop rampant chromosomal instability? We show that Mre11 mediates a p53-independent genome integrity pathway that is dysfunctional in approximately 10% of triple negative breast cancers.

“You’re going to help with an experiment” he said, and put the plate up against the side of my leg, himself and the trainee now both clearly seeing the plaques. He then thanked me for my contribution to his lab’s work. 7/

Things I wish I had focused more when I first learned to code and maybe you should too 🤷🏾‍♀️: A 🧵 1. using git for EVERY PROJECT. Just learn the basics. Push, pull, branches, clone etc. It won't take long to learn the basics if you do them consistently.

The names of 100 prisoners are put in 100 boxes. One at a time, privately, each prisoner opens and closes 50 boxes. They are set free if *everyone* finds their own name. Strategy can be discussed beforehand, but otherwise there's no communication. What's the best strategy? 1/23
