Take rates are *roughly* a function of product value and market size (i.e. rake is positively correlated to value and inversely to mkt sze)... Ergo,

How about take rates in relation to volume? Intuition says there is inverse correlation between take rates and volume. Volume on Visa is largest, and lowest take rate.

Lower take rates should incentivize more volume. Takes rates are mainly influenced by level of competition and business model (managed marketplace vs. hands-off / low value add).
