i'm increasingly convinced we just shouldn't allow men in software at all
Robin Hobb's "The Farseer" trilogy made an excellent point, why we shouldn't "shouldn't allow men" (because that would be walking in circles). Let's educate, who needs to be educated and build in checks and balances into the system. Misogyny is bad, the opposite is too.

Its just a power thing,if you give people power they go wrong. Women will do this given half a chance. Its the same human failings just with different colourings and sprinkles.
