Succinctly put. The ability of America and the West in general to dehumanize the Middle East and especially Palestine is abhorrent. It’s a generations-long well oiled media machine in this country and breaking it will be so difficult.

Thank you for saying this. Seeing people in the industry who have (rightfully) spoken up for others (including for Palestinians) without hesitation in the past suddenly stay completely silent now has been really painful to see as a fan and supporter of them.
