30 years ago, BTW . After the 3rd time telling him to leave me alone I told him if he did not remove his hands from my body I would rip off his arm and beat him with the soggy end. He was upset I didn't understand he was trying to be nice.

I'm sorry you had to deal with that. Men in tech need to stop ignoring bad behavior just because we want their technical contributions. A laser focus on "getting things done" at the expense of human decency hurts us all.
