in all seriousness, while the "must work long hours to become successful" discourse has covered the main argument (yes you can be successful w/ sustainable hours!), we haven't done enough to dispute the unstated premise: "success is what you should be optimizing for in your 20s"
These are the exact thoughts I've been munching in the last couple of days. IMO the other question is what kind of 'work' do we need to get there. It's not necessarily 'giving up your mental health to make a rich person even richer'.
