You also mentioned “we've checked your channel and we find out that it's an active channel” - did you not see the suspension? Please help lift this suspension. It has been nearly a month now & totally unwarranted when my account is only used for content viewing! - was it hacked?

That's odd, is this happening to both mobile and desktop? Try a different browser on your desktop – if you’re on mobile, uninstall and reinstall the app. Let us know if you'll still see your account suspended.

Once again I’m a little confused by your response - pls read the whole thread. The YouTube a/c suspension is on all browsers & mobile app where I try to log in. Suspension is unwarranted as a/c only used for viewing (see thread). Appeal sent ages ago (& again today). Please help

What happened with follow up of this? You say A/c is active, but it’s suspended without explanation - what is going on? Please explain how a/c can possibly be in “violation” when NO content was uploaded or comments made for over 2 yrs??? Is it against terms NOT to “interact”?!
