Aw, rats. The far right harasser crew tried disrupting another Drag Story Hour, this time at a library for the blind & deaf, & again got swooped by community defense. Story Hour also proceeded uninterrupted. I’m told Oren’s brother bearmaced some folks, who are pressing charges.

I was again present as a private individual, not press. Ronen Levy (Oren’s brother), Robert White, Cliff [unknown], and a 4th member of the usual crew trespassed inside the library, attempted to disrupt services.

NYPD allowed the 4 harassers to remain inside the library after the manager said they were trespassing, citing ‘necessary procedure’ to remove them. Meanwhile, one of the harassers claimed someone assaulted him and that was enough for that person to get arrested?

The bad news for the harassers is they once again failed. Drag Story Hour happened. Community members showed up against them. And Ronen Levy’s now got 2 or 3 assault complaints against him for bear macing people.

This particular library they harassed is one I visit often because the staff is just so abundantly helpful and kind, so this harassment felt personal on top of this same crew of far right extremists trying it.
