I have podcasts on smart speed that removes silence from the audio
I started listening to podcasts in 2X speed. Now I watch YouTube videos in 2X speed. If you talk to me in person at anything less than 1.5X speed, I don't want to hear it

Do you recommend starting at 1.25 and working your way up to get used to it or just dive straight in to 2? Kinda wanna do this
