Sorry you experienced this. When you have such a large community, some are going to break the rules. We have pretty harsh punishments for people like this - if you chat reported, it will be actioned (they will be punished if they broke the rules 100%)

I chat reported one of the people but there where so many people saying things I couldn't report everyone as chat was moving too fast, it was not nice :/

press T to open chat and scroll back, you can report people any team even after a game ended. if you report, they'll get punished - some people will be abusive in online games and it sucks, but we have a zero tolerance policy for this sort of behaviour when reported
